I've got an issue where the wifi service in lxde fails after a few minutes if I have Kodi running.
If I start carpc and immediately shutdown Navit, I can see the wifi icon in lxde and it has no issue connecting to a wifi point. After a while it will break the connection and the wifi icon will have an 'x' in the corner and be non responsive.
If I start carpc and immediately shutdown kodi and Navit, the wifi connection will be fine, and I can use it for as long as I desire.
Does anyone have any idea on how to find a way to resolve this?

Thanks

How many amps have your power source ? Which adapter ? Have you checked log messages on terminal after connection fall(ex: dmesg ) ? Are you using wpa_supplicant ??

Thanks for the reply. I'm not that linux savy, so I needed a push in the right direction. Adapter is a generic realtek based, and I'm using the wifi configuration tool that comes with x. I think it's wicd-curses based and modifies the wpa-supplicant files auto-magically. I'll try to have a better look when I have some more time.
