Hi guys,

Just an idea, in order to help people with their shopping list,
request to those who have it working - could you kindly post some info about your GPS module?

- make and model number
- url to the shop/ebay/whatever
- price paid
- what OS do you use with RPI (Raspberry Pi)
- what RPI model do you use
- any hacks needed to make it working?

I'll be appending donated information here in first post, as suggested by nichnormal.

Thanks 8-)

Here goes list:

GY-GPS6MV2 for about 15 to 20 bucks
works out of the box (tested with rpi 1b+)
you just need some wires to attach it to the pi
google the module name for detailed instructions and places to buy
