Am also VERY interested in getting a HiFiberry Digi+ to work in Carpc.

I will be installing everything tonight and will follow the HiFiBerry instructions and will post results back here.

I was able to get the Digi+ to work as expected by following the directions here https://www.hifiberry.com/guides/config ... ux-3-18-x/

I installed Rasbien
Then CarPC
I then did all updates to CarPC
I then followed the directions on the HiFiBerry site.

I will be doing this over again (possibly on a R-Pi3) in the very near future once my touch screen gets here so i can get everything working as expected. If you don't have you're working by then I will document step by step what I did.

I'm drinky an no linky but get the latest version of Helix. It will have support for sound cards that aren't the shitty onboard trinket. To work with Navit, you'll need to patch the source with homeboys patches and compile (instructions are out there for the RPI). I'm using a HifiBerry on Debian Jesse with the newer version of Kodi and couldn't be happier. IT IS POSSIBLE =P.

Are you perhaps no longer drinky and have a linky? I searched for Helix and couldn't seem to figure out what you were referring to.
