Hey guys,

I am trying to salvage my CarPC build from my previous car, my new car is a 2012 Audi A5 and it seems like attempting to incorporate all the car functions that display on the 6.5" screen would be next to impossible

So I'm looking at adding on a video input and then running the audio from my CarPC to the DSP to the amp(s)

I am looking for a good solution for controlling the CarPC without a touch screen and it appears that the Griffin Power Mate is a very popular option for Windows and Linux PCs.

It looks like there are Linux drivers for the Griffin, so I took a chance and bought one,but it doesn't appear to work with the CarPC.

How hard would it be to make a Griffin Power Mate work as my only control for the CarPC?
